Exchanges/Cancellations/Returns/Missing Parts

Damages/Missing Parts:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage or parts missing you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) does arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@mksheds.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. All claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds:

ALL RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING!

General: All orders cancelled are subject to a 5% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped, whether or not your order is a backorder or in stock, whether or not your purchase was intentional or by mistake. Exclusion only for when inventory is delayed beyond the stated restocking date on the product page or inventory becomes out of stock without notice.

If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds for damaged goods will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. All other refunds will be credit applied to future purchases only. No returns of custom manufactured goods. Return requests must be received within 30 days of purchase only. All returns must be in new condition. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of purchase price unless returned due to damage. All returns require an RSA number to be included with the product for restocking. This RSA number is only generated from written Return Requests to MKSheds.

EZ-Fit Sheds: No returns are accepted. All orders cancelled prior to packaging and shipping are subject to a 5% administration fee. If your order has shipped, no cancellations are permitted.
